Shipping policy

 

New Zealand — sculpture

Delivery of sculpture within New Zealand is included in the purchase price, including delivery to rural addresses.

We normally dispatch sculpture within three working days, using NZ Post or PACK & SEND for larger pieces. Transit times depend on the destination and delivery service.

New Zealand — fabric

Our fabric is printed to order. Please allow up to four weeks from ordering to delivery within New Zealand. Fabric comes to our Christchurch studio for quality checks and packaging before being sent to you.

Standard New Zealand fabric delivery is included in the price. An additional delivery charge applies only to larger orders shipped on a roll. Please contact us before placing a larger order so we can confirm the delivery arrangements and provide a quote.

If your order needs additional time, we will let you know directly.

Studio collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our Christchurch studio by arrangement. Please email us to organise a suitable time.

International delivery

International delivery is quoted individually. Please request a quote before checking out.

Add your chosen items to the cart, then select “International delivery — request a shipping quote”. Your cart items are included automatically; please provide your delivery address so we can confirm the shipping cost and estimated delivery time.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are payable by the customer unless expressly included in our written quote.

Delivery enquiries

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact info@woolstonworkshop.co.nz as soon as reasonably possible. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please keep the packaging and, where possible, send photographs of both the packaging and the work. These help us investigate with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
