Returns and concerns
Please choose sculpture carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We welcome questions about a piece before you purchase.
Fabric is printed to order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us promptly. We can accommodate these requests only before your order has been submitted for production.
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or incorrect, or has not arrived when expected, please contact us so we can help. For delivery damage, please retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where applicable, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
